Completed in 2023, SeaDreams is Grand Cayman's newest boutique condo with panoramic tropical views of Seven Mile Beach.
Built into the raw iron shore, SeaDreams lacks a sandy beachfront. The property does have a walkway to the ocean with railed stairs for water access on days with calm seas. Ideal for experienced swimmers with pool shoes or snorkel fins for foot protection. Otherwise, a better beach experience awaits a short walk down the road at West Bay Beach.
There you will find a laid-back white sand beach with easy water entry and a snorkeling reef just offshore. Public bathrooms, showers, restaurants, and dive operators can be found along the beach as well.
Each corner unit condo is identically designed, featuring three-bedroom suites, open-concept living areas, oceanfront balconies, gourmet kitchens, plus modern decor and furniture throughout.
SeaDreams was designed as an excellent vacation rental value with many common areas provided.
Access to a shared oceanfront pool, heated spa, and rooftop lounge is reserved for owners and guests exclusively. Elevators service every floor except the rooftop, which requires walking up a flight of stairs.
On a clear day, you will enjoy 360-degree elevated island views from high atop the building. Sunset views are equally breathtaking whether you are taking in the view from your private balcony or immersed in the heated spa.
SeaDreams #1 is a ground-floor condo with walk-out access to the pool deck just steps off the furnished balcony. It is the ultimate convenience for young families and traveling seniors.

- Queen Suite: queen bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.
- Twin Suite: two twin beds, island views, television, ensuite with shower; twin beds can be fitted to a king upon request.
High-speed fiber wifi, cable televisions, and central air conditioning will keep you cool and connected during your stay. Uniquely coded keyless entry deadbolts are programmed for your security. With only four condos in the rental program, your privacy is assured.
A full kitchen with modern appliances, plus all cookware, glassware, flatware, and cutlery, is provided.
1 mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays over 7 nights. All bedding, linens, and both bath and beach towels are provided. Four beach chairs are also included with your stay.
Many restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5-10 minute drive from SeaDreams. Taxi service is easy to hire, but can get expensive.

Beach Notes
SeaDreams is protected by an ironshore bluff and shoreline.
For a true beach experience, with sandy sunbathing and barefoot swimming, head to nearby West Bay Beach, a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Four complimentary beach chairs are provided for each condo for your enjoyment at the beach.
For the snorkelers in your group, complimentary snorkel gear and Seaview boards are provided during your stay. On calm days, a pathway over the ironshore leads to an ocean ladder for water entry to swim and explore the sea.
If the waters are choppy, we suggest snorkeling at Cemetery Reef or West Bay Beach, both nearby.
For excursions, including fishing, SCUBA, or private snorkel charters, guests can rely on our hospitality team to coordinate reservations prior to arrival. Your group can be collected at either the West Bay public dock or the Cayman Islands Yacht Club.

We Will Be Back!
Beautiful home away from home. Had everything you need from coffee maker, washer/dryer with detergent, dishwasher with pods, everything you need to cook to include spices. My family of 11 was blown away. Easy 6 minute drive to the marina for stingray excursions, easy to get to multiple dive shops, quick drive to Fosters grocery store. I couldn’t have been happier and my family will be back.
Seadreams 1 and 5!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Dreams! Our family of 11 rented two condos, and the layout was perfect. It gave everyone plenty of space to spread out while still allowing us to spend quality time together. It was ideal for a large family vacation. The condos were incredibly well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made traveling with a big group so much easier. Having a washer and dryer available was another huge bonus, especially after days spent diving and at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. It was an easy drive to some of the best shore diving on Grand Cayman, including our favorite dive sites, and only about six minutes from the Cayman Yacht Club where we met for our Crystal Charters stingray excursion. Everything we wanted to do was conveniently close by, yet the property still felt peaceful and relaxing. We also loved how close we were to great restaurants. Peppers quickly became one of our favorite places to eat, and there were plenty of other excellent dining options just a short drive away. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place for a family or group, Sea Dreams is an outstanding choice. We made incredible memories here and would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Grand Cayman!
Beautiful Condo!
Beautiful. Sea Dreams was just as advertised - modern, spotless, very well appointed, and stocked with everything we needed for a week in Grand Cayman. The pool was right out our back steps, and the ocean views are fantastic. Love the location in West Bay - far enough away from 7MB to feel private and exclusive, but close enough to access all the beaches, restaurants, activities, etc. (though I definitely recommend a car). Management was proactive and responsive, very easy to work with. Would definitely come back!

We stayed over spring break with our 3 boys - 6y, 8y, 11y. The bottom unit was so convenient right next to the pool and the snorkeling off the shore was an amazing new experience for the children. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had groceries and liquor/wine deliveries throughout the week, and it was an easy walk to grab little necessities if needed.

Great Stay - Clean and Perfectly described
Fabulous
Absolutely stunning location - we have stayed at many places and various locations on the island, and this was by far the best of all of them! Very competitive pricing considering the cost of hotel rooms with no flexibility for groups of 6 - the living space, private deck, private pool and hot tub (with a small # of other guests at the location). Sea Dreams is simply fabulous!
Great Experience
Loved the area and the condo itself was great with a wonderful view and amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the roof top patio also! Instructions were clear, the place was spotless, great communication with managers.

So many great thing to say about this condo…. Clean, bright, beautiful finishes, and amazing view. We were able to see sunrise and sunset from the outdoor space. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. Our favorite beach - Cemetery Beach - is a very short drive away. Really appreciated the complimentary snorkel gear and the beach chairs and beach towels. Would definitely book this condo again.

Great location! There is construction in the area just like any other island. Fosters which is the main grocer on the island is very close will have everything you need. Condo is set up perfectly there is a bathroom in each room very convenient for groups or families. Kitchen is well equipped for at home cooking. Washer and dry are a plus. Definitely need a car on this island to ensure you don’t miss out or loose time. Area is quiet but close to where you need to go. The furthest you will have to drive is 45min to get to the other side, where the caves are located. Pool was refreshing for the boys to cool off after a long day on the beach. To top it all off the view is worth every penny. Do not hesitate book now !
Would Definitely Come Back
The condo is beautiful and new, well furnished and very comfortable. Ocean views and pool/jacuzzi just outside the room. Property management was proactive, helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back again. The only complaint was related to GPS services as they don’t recognize the exact address but that has nothing to do with the building or management.
Terrific Place
The support was great--we were able to arrange for groceries to be delivered so they were there when we got there and snorkels as well. Terrific place. This is our second year there and we plan to be back next year.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location
This is a beautiful newish condo on the water. It is a great location for diving as many of the boats depart about 3 blocks away. There is a beach at that site but it's not that great. The better beaches are a few miles towards town. The owners/management company were extremely helpful and communicative. The interior decorating was very modern and clean which I love. Overall a great place and would stay here again.

You Won't Be Disappointed
My favorite place I have ever stayed at Grand Cayman. West Bay is far enough away from all the traffic and crowds, yet close to world class snorkeling and some great restaurants. Foster’s grocery is close and the property was so quiet. Will definitely be back! You won’t be disappointed at Sea Dreams.
Absolutely Loved Our Stay
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Grand Cayman Villas. The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a quiet getaway to the Caymans. It was near great restaurants and excellent dive sites. We spend a lot of time in Grand Cayman each year, and have consistently stayed at another location, however, I can say that this is our new favorite place for many reasons, and will absolutely be staying here again!
Really Enjoyed Our Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was even more beautiful than we expected. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The hot tub and pool were a wonderful added touch. Having a washer and dryer in the villa was extremely handy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. Cemetery beach, subway, a gas station and liquor store are all a walking distance away, however many of the tourist attractions and restaurants are a bit away. I would recommend renting a car if possible. We did not rent a car, but the public bus picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the villa and was very convenient.

The ground floor Villa is fantastic New, clean and well appointed. The pool & hottub were a wonderful treat after a day on the beach. Macabuca is a must for dining and snorkeling. Highly recommend!

This villa was exactly as described, very well appointed, quiet, spacious, nice view, and great roof top deck. Although not on the beach, it was an easy walk to the local beach (10 mins) which we used the first day. The beaches on 7 Mile beach are nicer than the local beach and about a 10 min drive. We visited Governor’s beach every day and enjoyed easy parking, limited crowds, beautiful water and decent snorkeling. There is a hidden gem of a restaurant, Vivo, about a 3 minute drive from the villa. The owner, Frank, was very friendly and the food, cocktails, and sunset view were amazing. The local grocery store, Fosters, is also about a 3 min drive from the villa and very convenient. If you want to be off the beaten path and have a more local experience but close to 7 mile beach and other attractions, this villa is for you. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking Rules
- 3-night minimum year-round.
- 5-night minimum over Thanksgiving.
- 7-night minimum over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Winter holidays are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Check-in is 3:00 pm.
- Check-out is 10:00 am.
- Guests must be 23 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit of Rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due as follows:
- January to Mid April Stays: 60 days before arrival.
- Mid April to Mid December Stays: 30 days before arrival.
- Winter Holiday Stays: 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected].
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, no processing fee.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund, minus a $200 cancellation/admin fee.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the rent and resort fee will be forfeited, but CI taxes will be refunded to the card on file.
- No refunds for shortened stays with cancellation period.
- We highly recommend adding Travel Insurance to your reservation.
