This beach-level condo has recently undergone a transformation from the original Miami-style decor package to a softer, beach-house feel with more neutral fabrics, furniture, shiplap, new beds, artwork, and natural wood finishes. The upscale kitchen and bathrooms remain unchanged.

All the comforts of home are included within 1,290 sq. ft. including gourmet kitchen appliances, SmartTVs for streaming, and a private oceanfront veranda with walkout beach access.

Central air conditioning and resort-wide WiFi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.

Beyond the generous foyer reveals a glass-walled oceanfront great room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. 20 feet of sliding glass ocean views from the great room and primary suite will leave you breathless. The veranda is elevated above the beach and has glass railings and a privacy hedge while dining outside.

The living area includes a comfy sofa and a large SmartTV. The veranda opens to a gently sloping, paved ramp to the sandy beach, dock, outdoor shower, and pool access. An artificial grass lawn is unique to units 105 and 106 and helps to keep sand off of little feet.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a suite of Thermador appliances plus Breville/Nespresso countertop appliances. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery are provided. A private outdoor dining table and chairs are on the shaded veranda.

The Rum Point Resort fits all condos with window shades, the finest Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and sumptuous robes.

• Primary Suite: king bed, ocean views, walkout access to the veranda, SmartTV, large closet, room safe, ensuite with dual vanity, and shower.

For larger groups, #105 can be rented alongside #106 as a connecting 4-bedroom Family Suite.   

When it comes to tidying up, we've got you covered with complimentary daily housekeeping plus an in-unit laundry.

The resort also offers a 5th-floor sunset terrace with dining tables and seating with 270-degree island views of Cayman Kai and beyond. The terrace is a serene setting for a quiet read with elevated island views.

While the Rum Point Resort offers many amenities and privacy our guests also enjoy the beach, watersports, and food + drink at our sister beach club, the Rum Point Club. Accessible by walking on the sand from the resort, the proximity to the Rum Point Club is very convenient.
