Welcome to Pools of the Kai #11! This condo offers fantastic water-blue views plus an amazing private pool atrium.
The condo has been fully renovated and redecorated. New furniture, finishes, and modern appliances give Pools #11 an upgraded refresh.
The living area features walkout access to the screened pool atrium complete with patio furniture and loungers.
Soak in your own private pool and enjoy the stunning tropical views from the comfort of your home away from home. Optional pool heating is available year-round for a daily $25 surcharge.
For work-from-home professionals, the home's upgraded fiber internet connection can handle multiple users and streaming devices at once. Work or learn remotely from one of the Caribbean's safest destinations.
Sleeping Arrangements

- Primary Suite: upper-level, waterfront, king bed, SmartTV, walk-out balcony, ensuite with walk-in shower.
- Guest Suite: lower-level, waterfront, king bed, SmartTV, walk-out access to the pool deck, ensuite with walk-in shower.
Finally, the location cannot be beaten. Walk to The Kaibo for drinks and dinner, or take a kayak tour of Starfish Point and Bio-Bay.
Use the ferry departing the Kaibo Marina for day trips to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Beach Notes
The white sand beach behind the Pools of the Kai units is pure, barefoot beach sand. You can easily walk 120 yards to the Kaibo Yacht Club for drinks, meals, and watersports, as well as charter boat pick-up.
Facing the sound, the ocean water behind the Pools of the Kai is clear and calm. There are no reefs here teeming with marine life, nor is the sea bottom sandy.
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically open to the public. For barefoot swimming, we suggest walking across the street to Gardens of the Kai, or heading west to Starfish Point. Details under the Map tab.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to weather.
The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer.
Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Cozy Beach Getaway
Wonderful private getaway location! Lots of great places in walking distance including Kaibo, Starfish Point and Rum Point Beach Bar and Restaurant. Spacious bedrooms with good storage. We especially enjoy the 2 story fully screened-in lanai with private pool!! Perfect for our Anniversary trips??
Fabulous Time!
Thank you so much for accommodating us and all of our guests. We had a fabulous time! Everything was perfect; both houses (#10 and #11) were clean, comfortable, well furnished, supplied with everything we needed, quiet, private...I can go on and on. This is our second time staying in Pools of the Kai and we will be back next year to take advantage of the 10% discount for sure. It was WONDERFUL!
Sensational!
Beautiful place! Pool was sparkling and deep albeit small. Near Kaibo which was a pretty good restaurant although I can’t really recommend the bbq. We enjoyed the music. Bay in front of condo was filled with sea grass but more accessible ocean at Rum Point. Both bedrooms had excellent views of the water. Beds were comfy and bathrooms and kitchen had great amenities. We are already talking about our next visit!

Would Love to Stay Here Again
We loved our stay at the condo. It was peaceful and away from the crowds. It was nice and quiet. Cool perk is it is a 3 min walk from Starfish point, about 15 minute drive from the Crystal caves. The condo has a unique design and has great views. It was very cozy and would love to stay there again.

Great place for a week away! The unit was well equipped and the private pool was fantastic. Right on the beach. Walkable to Kaibo and starfish point.
Hidden Gem in Paradise??
Just WOW!! From the moment you open the front door you are in your own private paradise! Bright and cheery interior and a wonderful 2 story lanai with your own private pool! No bugs, no sharing your outdoor space! Perfect for spending hours outside! We were there over our Anniversary and loved every minute of our stay.
We are all ready looking forward to making another reservation in the future. Property manager and housekeepers went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Special thanks to the Grand Cayman Villas and Condos staff as well. From the initial phone call to get information to final checkout, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Truly made for an overall excellent experience! We have used this company several times and highly recommend their expertise and above and beyond service! Thank you and we will see you again!! ???
Definitely Worth the Stay!
This bnb was very in a very homey environment but was still close to everything you may need. Stores , Beaches, Some Resturants! it was definitely worth the stay.. Also for regular reference do be prepared to get cayman island money returned if you use USD & The Food Out Here Is Amazing 10/10 . And if you guys can afford it rent a car. it WILL be needed.
Everything You Could Need
Pools of the Kai #11 was an excellent facility. Very comfortable and has all the provisions needed for an extended stay. Private pool on screened patio, boat dock, everything you would need.

Truly Unforgettable Vacation!
As soon as we stepped inside the villa, we were blown away. The pictures simply don't do it justice! The space was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. The pool was sparkling clean and perfect for cooling off, while the view from the living room looking out onto the pool and the ocean inlet was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours simply enjoying the scenery. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare or reheat meals throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing escape away from the hustle and bustle of the island's west side, Pools of the Kai #11 is the perfect place. We highly recommend staying here! The combination of the beautiful villa, the stunning location, and the exceptional service from Grand Cayman Villas made our vacation truly unforgettable. Amazing!
This vacation was nothing short of amazing. We are already planning our trip back to the Pools and it can’t come soon enough. The guest services team was absolutely incredible every step of the way, and always had a smile while doing it. Went a long way for us. As soon as we opened the front door to the villa we immediately were blown away at how the pictures simply don’t do a justice! The bed was so comfortable we actually took a picture of the duvet tag, and are going to use it in our guest room at home 🙂 Thank you again for an unforgettable experience at Pools of the Kai #11, and thank you to Grand Cayman Villas awesome service.
Pools of the Kai #11
This property was very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is provided for cooking and grilling. Kayak and paddle board provided, other items are easily rented close by.
Only issue was no antenna for local stations, but there again I did not come to watch tv. WiFi stations are available with your subscription, depending on restrictions for your home country IP address.
A Slice of Heaven
Our villa had everything we desired in a relaxing trip. The pool was super-clean, the views from the living room looking out into the pool and the sea inlet was breath-taking and we never got tired of it. The bathroom had enough towels and more for our week-long stay. The house came equipped with everything we needed and is also close to a lot of local restaurants that serve some of the best food on the island. Starfish point and the tour to take you to the bioluminescent bay are only 5 mins drive from the villa. If you\'d like to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the west side of the island, this place is definitely where you\'d want to go. Highly recommend staying here! Should also mention the guest service we met when we first arrived - they were so friendly and welcoming and we tried a lot of their local recommendations and it did not disappoint.

The booking process and arrival went just as planned. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming. The villa is beautiful just as described on line. Wonderful views of the bay, restaurant just steps away. We will be back.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
