Second Floor Corner Unit

All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.

Unit #7 is a corner unit on the second floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath.

All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.

Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.

Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.

Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families. 

The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its barefoot soft sand and aqua blue waters gently rolling along the shore, it's easy to understand why. 

Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal. You'll find plenty of opportunities to snorkel and paddleboard, as well as build sandcastles and take long walks along the shore. 

The Meridian's central location puts you in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. Easily walk to nearby restaurants, beach bars, wellness spas, shops, and other attractions.

This was our 2nd trip to Grand Cayman and 2nd stay in #7 at The Meridian- it is a perfect spot on the gorgeous Seven Mile Beach! The condo was recently updated which made it even more welcoming. With side windows, #7 is very open and airy and has a lot of natural light. We love sitting on the screen porch (especially the swing bed). The Meridian has a beautiful pool and the beach has plenty of new chairs and umbrellas- there was never a problem getting a great seat any time of day. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the whole complex is a definite gem. We will be back and will always choose The Meridian!

This was our 7th year to stay in this unit! We feel like it is home! The new decor is lovely and bright! The gardens around the grounds are lush. Joanna was great and we appreciate how sweet and accommodating she is! Planning on returning for a longer stay next year! Made some lovely new friends as well!

I don't know how many times we have stayed at The Meridian, but they have all been great. This time our group was so large that we needed two units. They are beautifully decorated and well maintained. If there is an issue, the staff is quick to have it repaired or addressed. We will be back to Cayman and stay at the Meridian again for sure.

We stayed at the Meridian for 10 days in Villa #7 in February. We have been coming to Grand Cayman since 1982 and The Meridian is by far our favorite place to stay. The location is perfect, the villas are beautiful, housekeeping is friendly and efficient and Pat and Nora are super helpful in the front office.

This is our 6th year renting Villa #7, and probably the best ever. Just being in Grand Cayman is wonderful, but staying at The Meridian really enhances our experience. We feel like 'home' here. The Villa is beautiful and appointed and maintained wonderfully! The updates recently done to The Meridian complex enhances the whole complex. We love staying here!We thank property management for being patient with us while we had difficulty operating TV/cable, and for the excellent housekeeping service.

Just completed our 5th stay at the Meridian Villa 7. I have to say that the feeling we get when entering this Villa is one of pure relaxation! We had a wonderful stay with family here, and we really feel at home! The staff is so friendly and work hard to make your stay perfect!

We love Villa 7 and specifically request it for our stays at the Meridian. The décor is very nice, the unit is well appointed and the balcony is comfortable and relaxing. We could not ask for anything more.

  • A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
  • A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.

Booking Rules

  • Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
  • Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the periods outlined below:
    • Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 60 days or more before arrival.
    • Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90 days or more before arrival. 
    • Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120 days or more before arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
