Fourth Floor Corner Unit
All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #20 is a corner unit on the fourth floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across two bedrooms (king and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath. Unlike other corner units, this one features a wrap-around balcony in addition to the large screened terrace.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

Fabulous Stay
Condo is perfectly located on Seven Mile Beach. Lots of restaurants and a liquor store directly across the street. The Condo was equipped with everything needed and provided a great view of the beach. We will be back!

Stayed in Villa 20- Everything about the stay was fantastic- the condo was clean, excellent condition and quality of appliances. Staying here was best of both worlds- convenience and quite of condo rental and no crowds, yet still having cleaning service was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again

We have come to the Meridian many times and have always had a great vacation. This time we were in Villa 20, which was perfect for just the two of us. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. It's on the 4th floor but the few extra steps up and down were worth it.

As always,(5th visit in #20) everything was impeccably clean and welcoming. Took full advantage of the bbq and kitchen when not indulging at Luca,Tillie's or Lloyd's! One small request though, the 2nd bedroom mattresses are way too soft or in dire need of replacement. Still a 5 star experience. We'll be back!

Amazing Staycation in unit #20
We checked into a beautiful 2 bed unit with great décor and an amazing view. The facilities were great and the beach pristine. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas along with grills poolside.

This was not our first time renting on 7-mile. We love the beach and all the amenities the area offers. This rental, however, was far from luxurious. Areas of the interior were in a state of repair/remodel that was unsightly. The kitchen had no space for food storage - other than the refrigerator. There were also no pantry spices for cooking, other than salt and pepper. We used the oven and discovered the kitchen was also missing a potholder! Also, the water from the dispenser in the fridge tasted terrible, as if the filter needed changed or a pipe was full of mold. We found the layout of the condo nice for a family. However, there were no family games or even a guest book for us to reference. We also had a less-than- professional phone interaction with the management when we needed to reset the A/C after the power flickered around 10:30 p.m. one evening. The pool and beach area was well kept. However, the area was not as closely monitored by security as it needs to be. Too many cruise ship passengers were allowed into the pool/hot tub areas for me to be comfortable with. Overall, the location was great but this specific property offered much less than what you would expect for a condo rental on this stretch of 7-mile.

The fridge water will taste differently Sir than your water at home... our water is desalinated. We did find the pot holder in the drawer in the kitchen- was right by the fridge happily!! No cruise ship passengers were on our beach or pool area at ANY T(ME - the people you may have seen were owners of the villas - they use their own towels. We are very sorry that you didn't mention any of the above on one of your many trips to the office where we walked you through TV workings etc.... take good care Sir!Many happy returns
We have come to the Meridian many times over the past 20 years. The place, it’s location and the staff make every stay excellent. Can’t think of a better place for families or for grandparents enjoying their grandchildren. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance.

We rented a 2 bedroom corner unit on the fourth floor which was huge and so clean. The location is perfect and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The beach is wide, soft white sand and heavenly blue crystal clear water. Highly recommend!

From check-in to check-out, and all the time in between, we thoroughly enjoyed our six-night stay. The condo was newly redecorated; housekeeping was great, and the office was able to answer any question that we had during our stay quickly. The Meridian is the perfect location to walk all of Seven-Mile Beach and an easy walk from a full grocery store and plenty of restaurants.

Love staying here. This particular unit felt a little more like a hotel without a lot of personal touches. Would have loved to have a soft sided small cooler for beverages to take to the beach and pool.Perfect location!

- Add 13% Occupancy Tax & 8% Gratuity to all rates.
- Additional guest fee of $75 per night added for 5th guest.
- Rollaway bed provided for additional guests.
- A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
- A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 60 days or more before arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90 days or more before arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120 days or more before arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
