This 3,721-square-foot multi-level home offers the best of both worlds: the privacy of a stand-alone villa and the convenience of a luxury beach resort. Only six of the community's 18 villas are available for short-term stays, so the grounds never feel busy—perfect for families who prefer quiet surroundings and fewer people around the pool or beach.
Step outside and find yourself just a few steps from the communal infinity pool, heated spa, and ocean cabanas designed for relaxation without the noise of a crowded resort. The secluded beach cove, with its calm, shallow waters and soft sand, is ideal for little ones to safely enjoy the sea while parents relax nearby. Two complimentary tandem kayaks and SeaView boards are available for use, along with free snorkel gear, which can be reserved ahead of arrival.
Inside, the home spans three levels with the living areas on the lower level, two bedroom suites on the main level, and the primary suite on the upper level.

Beach Notes
Casa Luna's barefoot sandy beach is lined with palm trees and sun loungers. Exclusive only to the owners and guests at Casa Luna, the beach here is never overcrowded.
Unusual for a barefoot beach in Grand Cayman is the ability to snorkel and actually see marine life. Fish require corals, grasses, and rocks in which to live (and these items are not pleasant to walk on). Instead of rocks and grasses, Casa Luna's protective ironshore cove provides a haven for marine life. The larger condo resorts on Seven Mile Beach lack any underwater habitat for marine life resulting in fewer schools of fish.
Given the tides and currents, you will want to exercise caution when swimming outside the protected cove.
General Grand Cayman Beach Notes
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Queen owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years.
Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in the summer. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around mother nature.
Sargassum is not an issue at Casa Luna.

So Glad We Found This Place
Our family was so glad to have found this place. The private beach and cove are perfect for swimming and calm enough for kids. There was great snorkeling just outside the cove and the gear was provided along with use of a community kayak which we enjoyed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The villas themselves are top notch with wonderful kitchen and grill which we utilized. The beds were comfortable and everyone loved the linens and towels provided. We will definitely be coming back!

Hidden Gem
Casa Luna is a hidden gem. It is close to Georgetown yet secluded, with 24-hour security and a gated entry. Its private beach and infinity pool make it the perfect getaway from the crowds and cruise shippers. Most days we had the pool and beach all to ourselves.
Relaxation at its Best
If you enjoy lush gardens, an inviting infinity pool or a magical sand beach with your own personal cove then Casa Luna is the place for you.

Wonderful and Spacious Villa
Thoroughly enjoying our stay so far. Louise has been very responsive and helpful. Wonderful and spacious villa. Location is great. Beach and pool are well kept. Even walked to Smith's Cove one day. Glad we have a few more days to enjoy this place.
Outstanding
This property was outstanding. Has a nice pool (which we never even saw anyone else in it and we were there a week), nice private beach, gym and the house is fantastic with lots of room and bathrooms. Wonderful stay. Would stay again.
Beautifully furnished with practical layout
The condo is beautifully furnished and with a practical layout. It was perfectly clean and convenient with a nice access to the oceanside pool and small beach on premises. Secure for parking and the manager was responsive and helpful.
Relaxing Getaway!
During our vacation in Grand Cayman, the Casa Luna development proved to be the perfect choice for my family. The home is well-built and offers premium amenities. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath, and the primary suite stands out with two separate balconies overlooking the ocean and sunset. For sunset views, the infinity edge pool and private beach area are unbeatable. The home\'s chef\'s kitchen and abundance of cooking accessories added convenience to our stay. The few issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the efficient management company. Overall, Casa Luna is a great spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

Great location! Very quiet. It was like our own private pool and beach. The Villa was extremely nice…. Very roomy with a massive kitchen to prepare meals. Only issue we had was the dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen from the AC. Management is very responsive! I’m sure that issue will be addressed Very pleasant stay for our family! I would definitely stay here again…..highly recommend
Most relaxing vacation in years!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Luna. We seemed to have the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful vista and outstanding amenities! Would recommend to friends and family. Hope to return soon. Maynor was the best to work with, too!

Beautiful new property with 4 big bedrooms. Plenty of space. Easy access to beach and pool. Guard at front gate with easy in-and-out access.
Casa Luna
The villa was as advertised and is beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. It provided enough space for our 3 boys and my parents, it makes a perfect multi-family rental. The pool and the beach are fantastic and easy to get to from the property. The guest services have been very helpful and accommodating. We did the grocery delivery and the chef and I highly recommend that as not much is within walking distance.

Could Not Have Been Better!
I took my three twenty-something children and two of their friends to Casa Luna 4 the week before Christmas. Their gift this year was an experience, rather than tangible presents. I could not have asked for more on any level. The property is gorgeous, the staff (thank you Louise!) was responsive to our every outreach. We chartered the half day cruise to Sting Ray Beach, our captain - Warren was terrific, full of energy and fun to be with. The kitchen is well equipped, the beach, pool and gym were outstanding. I was especially impressed with the gym and its updated equipment. We were sad to leave...
Perfect for Our Family
The property was perfect for our family vacation with our daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed the pool and private beach every day. Most of the time we had it to ourselves, or there were a few other residents there who were all extremely friendly and inviting. The house had everything we could possibly need and the management was responsive and welcoming. We would definitely come back here!

Beautiful/Private/Convenient
Absolutely gorgeous! Our family wanted to avoid the crowds of Seven Mile Beach so this was a perfect location. The villa was as beautiful as the photos show it. The property manager, Alan was very attentive and helpful when we had questions. The security guard, Min was very friendly and helpful to us first time visitors to Cayman. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare any meals. (we used a service to have groceries delivered before our arrival) There are 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance and we rode bikes to Smith\'s Cove. The amenities at Casa Luna were excellent! We used the gym, hot tub, pool and enjoyed the private beach/cove. They helped us arrange a boat charter as well. We were only a 10 minute taxi ride to SMB. We hope to return and stay here again!
Perfect
We stayed in Casa Luna 4 on 12/28/19 to 1/4/20. Villa is clean and has everything you need. Has a full washer and dryer in laundry room which was great since cleaning service came once midweek. So if you need to wash bedding or towels you can. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We mostly cooked our breakfast in the morning. Alan was our villa manager and we only needed to call him once because the master bedroom safe broke midway on our stay so couldn’t use last few days. Scott from grand cayman villas and who I booked this trip with is always a phone call away and booking was easy. The small beach and pool is very nice with not a lot of people. The only thing we didn’t get from this trip was a welcome basket which would have been a nice touch. We’ve booked many villas and private homes and always had a welcome basket of some sort. Overall nice stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
