THIRD-FLOOR CORNER UNIT

All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, and all the comforts of home.

Unit #17 is a spacious corner condo with unique features inside and out. It is located on the north side of the building and offers views up the beach towards the Ritz Carlton as well as elevated views overlooking the pool and clear blue sea. Most days you can see the outline of the Beachcomber Reef just offshore in twelve feet of water. 

This third-floor corner unit features expansive living areas, an oversized oceanfront balcony with sundeck, 3 bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are all provided.

Unique to third-floor units is an extended sunbathing area due to the setback of floors 4-7 above.

**Sleeping Arrangements** 
(Sleeps 7 guests max.)

  • Primary Suite - king bed, oceanfront, walk-out access to screened balcony, television, ensuite with newly remodeled double vanity, Hans Grohe rainfall shower with water wand and bench.
  • Guest Suite - king bed, ocean view, television, ensuite with shower. 
  • Twin Suite - two twin beds, television, ensuite with shower bath. Twin beds can be fitted into a king upon request.
  • Additional Bedding - a rollaway bed is provided for the seventh guest at a surcharge of $100/night.

Complimentary light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Guests may request additional weekday housekeeping upon arrival at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers all come provided.

The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from.

A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. You might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

Proximity to water sports, the Beachcomber snorkel Reef, nightlife, and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean make The Beachcomber the perfect destination for island travelers.

Corner unit 17 was a super place to stay because it has windows on two walls an expanded balcony. The master bath has just been remodeled. All new windows provides great sound proofing. Very modern and cozy place to stay. We will keep coming back to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants nearby and snorkeling at the beachcomber reef.

Beautiful time spent in unit 17 for a week of paradise. We really enjoyed our time spent out on the extended balcony and even when inside the big windows bring in great views down the beach. I will return as soon as I can.

We had an awesome stay at the Beachcomber this summer, can\'t recommend it enough. Unit 17 is on the corner with great views, tons of natural light, and a huge balcony. Not to mention the beachfront access and excellent snorkeling right out front! We saw tons of lobsters, fish, and even a friendly nurse shark. Can\'t wait to go back!

The Beachcomber is an excellent and well maintained property. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Condo #17 is a corner unit so you are surrounded by windows and views. It is an open and very airy feel to the place with very comfortable furniture, plus you have a bonus of a walk out expanded deck that other units don\'t have. We love the location as you are within a 100 yards of some of the best snorkeling on the island. We swim out to the reefs every morning and are always surprised with sharks, turtles, stingrays, lobster, crabs and so many fish. The beachfront is not crowded, unlike other places and has a beautiful infinity pool with views of the ocean. Across the street is our favorite place for smoothies and salads, Island Naturals.

Five stars isnt enough. Unit 17 is breathtaking with its gorgeous beach views, not just from the oversized 3rd floor balcony with a high top table, but nearly floor to ceiling windows along the wall as the end unit really capitalizes on the view. We normally prefer an upper floor unit, but we were very pleased we were in an end unit on the 3rd floor (Better views, larger balcony, close to pool so if we had to have a quick conversation down to the pool it was quiet and respectful to the peace of other guest and owners). The unit is very nicely appointed, attention to details, several smart home features, with all the comforts of home, including an ice machine so the blender and ninja could stay fueled up as well as the bevs. Close proximity (Walking distance) to several resaturants and bars. Definately walk across the street to Loyds! Seven mile beach with the beautiful BeachComber Reef just a short swim-Check it out!

Beachcomber is a beautiful property ideally located facilitating the most of a Cayman?s vacation. It has a large private beach, swimming pool and spas! There is a coral reef off the beach that you can easily swim out to and explore with a mask and snorkel. Unit 17 is particularly unique in that it is an end unit with expansive windows facing north along 7 mile beach. It also has a double size balcony with covered and open air areas, and a bar table and chairs overlooking the water. You will not want to leave!

Enjoyed our stay in heaven...aka the Beachcomber. Unit 17 provided great views and great times.

Another great stay at the Beachcomber! We\'ve been coming to this unit for years and don\'t plan to change that anytime soon. The corner unit provides great views of the beautiful beach right out front. Everything in the unit worked great for our family and had no issues cooking big meals (nice appliances!), grilling out, hanging at the tiki hut, and offering ample sleeping accommodations. All of the tech is up to date as well -- great WiFi, Alexa, TV & other electronics. Not to mention you have a reef in your backyard here! Snorkeling everyday at the Beachcomber reef we saw turtles, lobsters, stingrays, tons of cool fish, and more!

Booking Rules

  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates BEFORE booking.
  • 3-night minimum: Mid-April to Late May, Late August to Thanksgiving.
  • 5-night minimum: Late May to Mid-August, Early January to Early March.
  • 6-night minimum: Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum: Festive Holiday Season & Spring Break (Early March to Mid-April).
  • Inquire about last-minute stays.

Resort Policies

  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
  • No arrivals on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. 
  • All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside and on the patios or balconies. 
  • Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 
  • No pets are permitted on the property. 
  • No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. 
  • We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool, or on their patios or balconies, by keeping the noise to a minimum. 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • January to Mid April & Thanksgiving Stays: 90 days prior to arrival. 
    • Mid April to Mid December Stays: 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Winter Holiday Stays: 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
  • Free cancellation with no fees if done within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations outside of 48 hours but within the timeframe below are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee:
    • January to Mid April & Thanksgiving Stays: 90 days prior to arrival. 
    • Mid April to Mid December Stays: 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Winter Holiday Stays: 120 days prior to arrival.
  • If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancelation period.
