The Renaissance condos on Grand Cayman's famous Seven Mile Beach embodies old-world charm and epitomize island luxury living. 200 feet of pristine white sandy beach is home to 37 exquisite condos of which only a handful are available for vacation rental.
These luxuriously oversized oceanfront condos range from 2,000 to 3,800 square feet. Each unit offers unique decor, cool tiled floors, and panoramic ocean views. All units have a private screened terrace while some larger units also have an open-air balcony.
The Renaissance on Grand Cayman offers all the best amenities including complimentary WiFi, central A/C, gourmet kitchens, plus a fitness center and an 85' infinity pool with jacuzzi.
Proximity to water sports, golf, fishing and nearby restaurants make the Renaissance Grand Cayman a great selection for both families and large groups. This property is removed from the thick of traffic, commerce, and crowds of central Seven Mile Beach. It is a great balance for those who love Seven Mile Beach but want more privacy and aren't yet ready to stay in a private villa on the north side of the island.

Booking Rules
- Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted. The resort does not accept AMEX.
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 7 nights minimum stay required Nov 22 — Apr 15.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and occupy the property during the entire stay.
- Check In — 4:00 p.m.
- Check Out — 11:00 a.m.
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets allowed on the property.
- No events or parties without prior written approval from the manager.
Rates
Rate Details
- All rates in US$.
- Add 13% Occupancy Tax + 7% Gratuity to all rates.
- $200 per night Christmas/New Year's surcharge added to rates between Dec. 18 - Jan. 5.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
Deposit
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival.
- Full payment is required on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- All cancellations and changes are subject to a $150 admin fee.
- The deposit, less the admin fee, will be refunded once notice to cancel is received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec. 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter (Dec. 16 - Apr. 14) & Thanksgiving Stays (Nov. 20 - Dec. 1): Cancel 60-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 5): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- Bookings canceled within the cancellation period will forfeit 50% of the room rate plus the $150 admin fee.
