This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is conveniently located on the first floor with walk-out access to the beach and pool. The oceanfront screened patio overlooks Seven Mile Beach and is mere steps away from the resort's pool deck.
The interiors feature a living area furnished with a sofa chair, sectional, and a flatscreen TV with Logic Network TV programming and a DVD player. Both bedrooms are also equipped with flatscreen TVs. Central air conditioning and free high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances includes everything you may need to prepare a home-cooked meal. A dining table on the screened porch can seat 6 guests for meals with an ocean view. Each condo also comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
South Bay Beach Club Condo #4 has also been showcased on HGTV's show "Caribbean Life".

Perfect Beach Family Getaway
We were hoping to find a place that we could walk out to the beach. This place was perfect for that. The condo was exceptionally clean and was priced well for our budget. We loved that they offered to stock the fridge, and we were all set with beer, wine, and snacks for the family. The best part was the sunsets, unbeatable. You will LOVE this place!

NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE! LOVED OUR VACATION!!
This was our second time staying on 7 Mile Beach and we were VERY happy with the location of the condo (right next to the Marriott) at the south end. It was convenient to walk to restaurants (Peppers, Coconut Joes, etc) or for upscale shopping and dining at Camana Bay (15-20 minute walk).Usually we rent a condo on a high floor for the view, but both my husband and I loved being on the ground floor to just walk out to the pool and beach from our lovely screened in patio! We visited in May and it was a quiet time at the complex. We normally had the pool to ourselves and could always get a beach chair next to the water or under an umbrella, depending on our needs for the day!The condo was beautifully decorated and in good shape. Within the first 12 hours of our stay, we had an issue with a toaster, pulls on the curtains and the master bedroom curtains giving enough privacy. We notified management in the morning and with 2 hours! they had provided a new toaster, a solution to our blind situation and had a handyman fix the curtain pulls! The management was top notch, not only with this issue but with our reservation, etc. Avagaye is a huge asset to South Bay Beach Club and I look forward to seeing her the next time we visit GC!And on the topic of great service, Miss Sacha, our daily cleaning gal, was there daily, at a time specified by us, and we have nothing but praise about her tidying up after us!SInce this was our second time to the island, we did a lot of relaxing and reading but if you are a new visitor, it is convenient to have the Marriott next door to book tours for snorkeling, dinner cruises, rent jet skis, etc.Looking forward to coming back soon (wish it was next week! LOL)!!!

Booking Rules
- 5-night minimum over low-season (May-Dec).
- 7-night minimum over high-season (Jan-May) and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm.
- Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to confirm all reservations.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- Upon check-in, a $500 refundable security deposit will be held for incidentals.
- The security deposit is refunded 7-14 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations outside of 90 days from arrival will receive the deposit paid less a 2.65% processing fee.
- Cancellations within 90 days from arrival forfeit all monies paid at the time of cancellation.
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office directly.
