This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the fourth floor and sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
What really sets this unit apart is the spacious outdoor terrace. The open-air balcony is perfect for sunbathers and comes furnished with sun loungers and shade umbrellas to keep you cool. The screened patio comes furnished with patio seating and a dining table for alfresco dining with a view. With panoramic views of Seven Mile Beach, you won't find a better place for sunset viewings!
The interiors feature a living area furnished with two plush sofas and an entertainment console equipped with a wall-mounted TV with Dish TV programming. Central air conditioning and free high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances includes everything you may need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The breakfast counter includes bar seating for four while the dining table on the screened patio seats 6. Each condo also comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Grand Vacation
This is the way to go! We have vacationed in Grand Cayman twice before and stayed at Hotels, but staying at South Bay Beach Club was so much more enjoyable. The unit was nicely decorated and so comfortable with so many amenities. The balcony overlooking the beach was the ideal place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The management and cleaning staff were so pleasant to deal with. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day to enjoy beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fabulous time! Thanks especially for the recommendations for boating. That was our favorite day.
Spectacular View
The Villa and the property were very well maintained. Management staff on site were helpful and courteous. The only complaint relates to the daily cleaning service which was "included". We never saw any cleaning staff and needed to request fresh towels from the office after 4 days. Minor in the grand scheme but misleading.
Cayman trip
We had a very nice stay. The only thing that needs to be upgraded are the beds the matrasses are bad we did not sleep well. At this level I would expect good beds. I would not stay in this unit in the future until the beds are upgraded. Thanks
Family Summer 2018 Vacation
Great time on Grand Cayman, 7 Mile Beach.
4th trip to South Bay Beach Club
This was our 4th trip to SBBC. The first three times we stayed in the first floor 2 bedroom which was very convenient walk right up into unit. This time we stayed in a 3 bedroom 4th floor. The unit was beautiful and the patio was perfect with a breathtaking view! Would come back to this place in a heartbeat! Love the beach and the snorkeling right off the beach! Loved every minute of our trip once again!!

We love South Bay Beach Club! It's our second time renting a condo here and the property is just fantastic! The views exceptional, the screened in porch might be our favorite spot! Have recommended to friends who have also come and loved it. Just a fantastic spot!!

Booking Rules
- 5-night minimum over low-season (May-Dec).
- 7-night minimum over high-season (Jan-May) and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm.
- Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to confirm all reservations.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- Upon check-in, a $500 refundable security deposit will be held for incidentals.
- The security deposit is refunded 7-14 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations outside of 90 days from arrival will receive the deposit paid less a 2.65% processing fee.
- Cancellations within 90 days from arrival forfeit all monies paid at the time of cancellation.
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office directly.
