Rate Details

• Daily rates are in US$.
• Add 13% accommodations tax and 7% gratuity to all rates.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Payments

• For short-term rentals of 1-4 nights, full payment is due at booking.
• Room placements cannot be guaranteed for short-term rentals.
• For rentals longer than 4 nights, 50% of the room total is due at booking.
• Jan 4 - Dec 12 Bookings: remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• Dec 13 - Jan 3 Bookings: remaining balance is due 120 days before arrival.

Cancellations Policy
(For Arrivals Jan. 4 - Dec. 17)

• If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the renter will be charged a $150 admin fee, plus a 3% credit card fee.
• If a reservation is canceled within 60 days of arrival, the full total will be charged as a penalty.
• A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted during your stay.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
(For Arrivals Dec. 20 - Jan. 3)
