Beach Notes
The Residences at Seafire claim one of the widest and least populated stretches of world-famous Seven Mile Beach, located on a generous 12-acre site along with the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa.
Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked by travel publications as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. With its pure soft sandy shores with barefoot entry into crystal clear water its easy to see why. The water here is usually very calm and pristine—the most beautiful cerulean blue color.

Minimum Stay Rules
- 5-night minimum stays all seasons.
- 7-night minimum stay (Saturday - Saturday) over Christmas and New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Must be 25 or older to book and occupy the property the entire stay.
- No pets allowed without prior written approval.
- No smoking in the room or on the balcony.
- Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Rates subject to change without notice
Deposit Policy
- Deposit 1 - A non-refundable 25% deposit of the total reservation is due at booking to confirm your reservation.
- Deposit 2 - The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made 120 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of Deposit #1.
- Cancellations made 60 - 120 days prior to arrival will receive a credit of 50% of Deposit #2 to be applied toward a future stay at the same property within 1 year of the original arrival date.
- No cancellations or changes permitted within 60 days of arrival.
- December holiday weeks (Christmas and New Year’s) are not eligible for any refunds, credits or exchanges in the event of a cancellation.
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures regardless of season.
- In the event of a mandatory evacuation order due to a tropical storm/hurricane warning, any unused portion of the rent will be refunded to the guest.
